Author Guidelines

Welcome to VIJMHS. We invite authors to submit original research that aligns with our journal's scope. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Abstract: Maximum 250 words, structured as Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

  • Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 relevant keywords.

  • Style: Use 12-point font, double-spaced text.

2. Citation & References:

  • All references must strictly follow the Vancouver (Numeric) Style.

  • Ensure every citation in the text matches the reference list.

3. Ethics & Consent:

  • Authors must ensure research has Ethical Committee approval (where applicable).

  • All identified authors must consent to the submission.

  • Permission for any third-party material (images/data) is the author's responsibility.

4. Editorial Policy:

  • The editor may 'desk reject' submissions that do not meet the minimum quality standards or formatting requirements.

  • Ensure your title is concise and the abstract is self-explanatory to speed up the review process.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

  • All references have been strictly formatted in Vancouver (Numeric) Style.

  • The manuscript file is "Blinded" (Author names and affiliations have been removed for peer review).

  • All tables and figures are properly numbered, labeled, and mentioned in the text.

  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets, and other material provided.

  • Ethical approval and informed consent have been obtained where applicable.

The article will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
